Please note: Starting August 1st, 2025, session fees will be $135 for 60 minutes and $112 for 45 minutes.

Upon booking, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information online. This helps simplify payment processing after your appointment, and it allows me to spend more time with you.

I am currently following protocols for communicable disease prevention. Wearing a mask is a personal choice, presently optional, and is respected.

Massage therapy is intended to support the healing process, maintain and help function, promote the health of soft tissues and joints. Massage therapy is provided by a registered massage therapist to treat and prevent physical dysfunction, injury, pain and disorders of soft tissue to help you return to optimal health. In addition, massage therapy also supports the deeper structures of the body, such as joints, organs, blood vessels, nerves, and bones. The service provided by the RMT is to assess soft tissue and joints of the body and to treat by manipulation, mobilization or other manual methods.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with 18 years of experience who strives to help you feel better, move more freely and get you back to what you enjoy doing.

My approach to massage therapy draws on my training in neural, visceral, and vascular manipulation and fascial mobilization, pain management, aging, oncology, and mental health. You can expect an assessment and a hands-on massage treatment that includes passive and active movement while you are fully clothed. My massages are specific, gentle, and deep, with minimal discomfort.

Please wear loose-fitting or athletic clothing like shorts and a T-shirt or tank top, as your treatment may include work on the thorax and abdomen.

Your treatment is about you. My approach is holistic and integrative, meaning I incorporate all aspects of you, your lifestyle, and your goals into your treatment plan.
